I moved recently, and (of course!) there are still a lot of things to be found . Night after night, I spent trying to find my favorite Bible, and was getting frustrated because every box I looked in was the wrong one!

Finally, I realized I was going about this the wrong way. I sat down and said, “God, I need your help! Being human, I lose things, but I know you know where everything is, could you point me in the right direction? Please?” I sat a few moments more, just being quiet, then lay down with a book to wind down for bed. Pretty soon, I felt this silent urging telling me I needed to look again in a spot I’d already checked, and look a little closer.

Sure enough, I put down my book, opened up the box (that I had already checked twice!) looked under a few things, and there it was! My bible was right where I had put it, for ‘safe keeping’ during the move.

Oh, the book I was reading? ‘When God Winks At You’!!
