My 21 year old son was taken to the emergency room in a tremendous amount of pain.

On my way to the hospital I started praying that God would show us favor; that my son would be taken into treatment immediately, and that the doctors would quickly make a diagnosis and ease his pain.

I chose a route to the hospital that caused me to pass a church where the message on the marquee caught my attention, and only made sense later on.

At ER, God indeed did show us favor. My son was taken to triage immediately; the nurses saw how much pain he was in, put us in the last treatment room available, and the doctor was in to diagnose my son’s crisis very soon thereafter: He was suffering from a kidney stone that need to pass through his system.

I knew immediately that the message on the church marquee, that caused me to ponder on the way to the hospital, was for me. It came directly from God.

It read: "And This Too Shall Pass."

Our God is Good!!!!
